I've had a lot of resentment these past few years. The blame and anger that's built up inside of me made me feel alone in the world. I lost connection with people that were very important in my life before they shut the world down and now that it appears open again and everyone moves on, in most moments outside of TNP I'm alone.
As Jimi Hendrix once said, “loneliness is such a drag.”
For me, a more social person with more of an extrovert interest the last few years of pandemics to race wars to elections to proxy wars have alienated me among the people in my life who don't have the time or the will to pursue the kinds of things we talk about each week here on this show. But I had to learn quickly that it doesn't pit me or anyone here against them. Because I'm not “normal.”
There are a lot of paths to be taken in politics. Some prefer not to engage at all. Maybe there's a wisdom in staying out of something you know nothing about, I seem to recall something about a box of Pandora or something there but I'll ask Graves later, he'll probably remember?
Anyways, I'd say that the people I clashed with the most around me were the ones who took the headlines for granted. Repeated them, sometimes verbatim, and me knowing that those lines were planted there for them, my disdain for their lack of understanding, and my anger that my friends were being brainwashed didn't stop it from happening. Nothing did. Some of those friends are friends no more and what changed...nothing.
I think that what we're dealing with in the Liberty Movement is a formula that's been developed to keep people mired in stupid arguments. They are stupid because neither side is right. It's like two grown men, in helmets, cursing and spitting at each other about what the handle on the shopping cart really tastes like. The opinions in this case are subjective, but I'd say Strawberry maybe based on the test sample I tried.
I've been part of these silly two party paradigm arguments. I've never been one to wear the gear or slap bumper stickers on my car for any candidate but that doesn't make me any better than someone who has. I used to think there were good people in government, law enforcement, science, etc and those good people would turn things around if we gave them power, power in numbers, strength in financial support, and even sacrifice of my own freedoms through protest if necessary. Boy, does that stuff seem ridiculous even saying it now.
Look folks, I'm making no claim to a better understanding, in fact you listening have probably taught me that by informing me and the crew here at TNP through your comments and emails. There is no end to this journey. When you finally understand one thing, it's time to move on to the next. So what about moving on after understanding that the 2 parties aren't going anywhere, the system is built in their favor, and the citizens or whatever they decide to call us next week have no real say in the large centralized powers that really do control the earth?
I would advise to lower the emotions attached to these abstract things like countries, flags, companies, etc. When the binary decision is presented to you, laugh inside knowing that it's a picture drawn by someone that has the understanding of a child and you were a child once too. Because there isn't 2 but one and the solution is many.
Many will not and cannot have a number unless someone arbitrarily puts one there. We create our own limits in life. In politics and in what we do personally. Boundaries exist for a reason, they protect people, but we mustn't let the arbitrary boundaries of manipulators in centralized power be real anymore. We must recognize them as fraudulent and continue moving forward with our lives and our own understanding of our purpose here on earth.
Resentment won't get you there, the will to live...to survive will. Find that in yourself and you will concur everything that isn't real and what doesn't matter.
Ah, as I posted the two songs on Twitter last night from 1970 and 1975, it proves the point you make! The Temptations, "Ball of Confusion". Here is a line from that, "Vote for me and I'll set you free! Rock on Brother. Rock on" That is two generations back from you. Before they had the "smart phones" to dilute and brainwash the minds, there was music, TV and Radio. (Newspapers were a given) Every now and then, artists would try to break through but only the established ones. The Stephen J. Cannell types would try to produce them, but nobody really listened. They still don't.
Well done six!
This was a great piece of writing Number 6 👍 really struck home with me. We’re in the final episode of The Prisoner stage, as I like to think of it. Chaos and madness. Thank you again 😊🎅🏿
