For the past 2 years and now 100 episodes I've been sitting down, mostly in front of my computer and typing all of what's been going on in my head. Well, at least the political stuff. Sometimes it gets personal here, and I'm proud of those moments just as well because this journey didn't really begin because of me, and I don't want it to be, but connecting with others through some of my personal experiences has given me the insight, knowledge, and empathy far beyond when I started. Maybe that's why so many of the greats in this space are older, because it takes a ton of personal experiences to come up with such conclusions?
Sometimes you have to be burned by the stove enough to become an advocate for safety in the kitchen. People don't often decide to start speaking to people about their feelings this way. Especially to “strangers”. But I don't feel like I'm a stranger when I talk to those of you listening. In fact, I feel like I've been waiting to have the conversation.
Whatever other voids this fills for me personally, the one that is something I would look at as my greatest achievement is becoming friends with Lisa Belanger and Chris Graves. I feel like the middle child between a wise big sister and a gifted little brother. These two starkly different individuals, from different perspectives and backgrounds, not only provide excellent work on air but are some of the best people I've known and to have been able to work with in any setting. Lisa has to put up with 2 hyperactive little brothers while Chris and I spin things into a stream of consciousness kaleidoscope, but manages to ground us with her experience both winning and losing battles. Somehow three hours disappears, another week passes, and we're back with another four stories to talk about.
The feedback we get is almost exclusively positive. Maybe it's because we haven't been exposed to the more mainstream alternative media audiences?
Although, our names and appearances on some of those shows have added to our wonderful following. Folks that donate to us are contributing to upgrades in both this studio but others. The tools that we use here in Streamyard will soon be available to more Hosts and shows. TNP has been growing steadily and in an organic way in a very synthetic playing field. You all listening, have taken our conversations and shared them, told people about them, and joined in on them yourselves. It's great to see some of the most familiar names coming back each week because I know that you are still out there living through this, just like us.
I am thankful if you just Subscribed here or if you've been Liking these videos since our first couple episodes. Man, thinking back to those if quite funny now, because so much about not just our setup for recording these but just in my mindset alone.
After hearing such conversations about my governments abuses of not just the rights I thought I was born with, but about acts of outright treason, I feel like I am a man without a country. That even going back to who got elected before I was born and correcting that error would have probably changed the entire direction of history. Crazy how the words from the lips of a sweet looking old lady can wreck your entire perspective on modern politics. But you have to break shit sometimes to strengthen it. I may be a man without a country because my country isn't what I thought it was and I probably wouldn't have volunteered to join but I am not without fellow countrymen that feel the same.
For those of us coming to the conclusions that we never wanted to be treated this way by our government, that we would never agree to these circumstances, our actions today if peaceful, insightful, and preserved for generations to see and learn from, will be our response. I don't care if we have to change the name of this place or just give it a fresh coat of paint but we are, and have been shaping the world around us through culture. The simple acts we repeat become habit and sooner than you expect more people will raise their hands with questions.
It's up to us to try to find answers to those questions if we can, together as a team, a crew. Cheers to our quest, our journey to Liberty, and to you TNP Crew. Here's to hundreds more.
Huge congratulations to the whole TNP team 🥳 You guys are all fucking amazing - thank you for doing what you do 👍🐿🎅🏿
Starting over...it's the only thing to do. The Constitution holds no prohibitions against the Executive Office or the Courts to not touch our "rights". Read in literal terms, it is a dangerously flawed document. It needs to be replaced and the people need the teeth in its words to completely block any maladministrators. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mTqz8bNmBT8
