Love can be a strange emotional and physical addiction. The need for someone's adoration and the acceptance of their kiss can motivate even the most of sound men into a world of delusion and desperation. How many times has your heart been broken?
Was it ever the same after each time?
In my life I have been both physically and emotionally broken, and I can tell you that I will never be the same...but I'm here to tell you that's probably a good thing. Here's why: Because it changed my mind.
It took consequences for me to learn the error of my ways because I'm a stubborn asshole. If life didn't jump up and bite me on the ass at least a handful of times that I can immediately recall I wouldn't be recording this message to you all. One of those stories will always be when I walked away from a long term relationship.
The lessons I learned about human nature, my own self, and whom to look for in someone who genuinely cares for you were influential enough to overturn years of self harm and addictions. In spite of myself I am sitting on a rainbow compared to my past. I really wish I could say the same for my country right now.
When people love their country as John Henry and I do and we see speeches aimed directly at us with carelessness and malice it was like seeing an episode of Cheaters.
In my eyes what occurred a few nights ago bathed in blood red light was a live admission of an intent to deceive, persecute, and harm people who love their country. Not all relationships can endure those sort of admissions by one party. That they hate you, want you in prison, or dead. Not all relationships that endure that sort of thing end amicably. Some end in crimes of passion, and that's what troubles me because I feel that provoking us into committing crimes is the motivation for Biden's speech.
You ever lose your shit because you found out you were cheated on? You ever drink way too much, smoke way too much, and end up making even worse decisions for yourself after finding out something you love was bullshit?
That's why I fear for all of my fellow Americans right now, because when something you love betrays you it can destroy you or it can lead to you destroying it. Burning bridges, losing friends, all horrible things but there is also the ever present risk of violence.
We don't love Joe Biden, we love the vehicle he's driving, and like in the song Whipping Post he just wrecked it after he took off with all of our money and is twerking at a bar down the street with some of our friends. How does one avoid the urge to do something insane in such an insane scenario?
Maybe by taking pause to remember that you may have loved that car but maybe you're better off without it. The cost of maintenance was already getting too high and the sentimental attachment could be so costly that I could end up being devastating or even deadly. Find some other form of transportation.
Our Federal Government is about as efficient and moral as a V12 that runs on fucking whale oil. We have no control on the road because the power we asked the engine to produce causes us to spin tire, spin in circles, and I'm just hoping we don't end up like James Dean. Our government is surrounded by way more misfortune and death than Dean's Car, so maybe its time to get rid of the Little Bastard?
Just as my good friend John Henry told me years ago when I went through my losses and my trials: Make good decisions. How bout instead of all this talk of Civil War we talk to the people in our lives a bit more?
Throw in a couple people from your local community if you can. Be friendly, make connections, and then some day maybe we'll meet the right form of government. Until then let's work on ourselves. How to communicate better. How to deal with our emotions...and the delusions about ourselves and who we truly are. But that solution requires another thing: A breakup.
I want this to happen in the most peaceful way, but what I want from my brothers and sisters of America is to tell every Shitlib in power endorsing Biden's speech and every Shitcon who won't do anything about our political persecution to pack their shit, and get the fuck out. We'll build a better life through truth, love, and peace without you, cuz against all odds Honey, We The People are the big door prize.
You're aging rapidly with wisdom. You're on the right road sir! A great line from the movie White Lightning, when the Govamint man, handed Gator McKlusky the keys to the hopped-up Ford. He
said, "keep it between the ditches". :)
